OUR INSPIRATION

Aegean Cat is a luxury swimwear brand that started as a concept in 2019. Christina, Aegean Cat’s founder and designer, is a Greek native who spends her summers on the beaches of the Greek islands of the beautiful and captivating Aegean Sea. “It was an emotional connection with the sea '' she explains. My love for the crystal-clear blue waters and the late summer sun made me feel creative, alive and vibrant. Aegean Cat Swimwear is named after the ancient cat breed, native to the Greek Islands.The “Aegean Cat” is strong willed, independent and embodies the modern female spirit.

OUR SUPERIOR QUALITY

Growing up, Christina learned to appreciate the value of well-made clothing. “I have memories of colorful fabrics, soft textures and patterns that my mother would magically transform into beautiful clothing. Her meticulous work and effort to achieve the best fit stayed with me” she explains.

Today, the Aegean Cat collection is expertly sewn with the highest level of craftsmanship in a small atelier in Athens. Our butter-soft fabrics come from the finest Italian mills and possess a superior elasticity which smooths and sculpts the body, for unparalleled comfort and ease.
