Basts Surf was formed by Samantha August and her best friend, Emily Ford… Set out on a mission to create a swim and lifestyle brand inspired by their world travels, Samantha’s surfing and their love of the ocean.  Based in New York City, Basta Surf has grown from a few essential swimsuits to a luxury resort brand gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated and worn by celebrities such as Jessica Alba and Heidi Klum.
